Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has some great facilities, particularly the gym and spa, which I really appreciated during my stay. However, the condition of the rooms could use significant improvement; I encountered several issues that detracted from the overall experience. Despite these downsides, the value for money was notable given the decent amenities available.
I had a great time at the Lodge, enjoying the peaceful and leafy setting, which was perfect for a relaxing getaway. My room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a wide range and was really tasty, and having access to the excellent leisure facilities, like the pool and sauna, was a big plus. However, there were a few hiccups with the service regarding payment processes, and I wish the staff were more familiar with hotel procedures to make things smoother.
I had a lovely stay at the Lodge, which was conveniently located near the center of Bournemouth and the beach, making it easy to enjoy the area. The staff provided exceptional service, addressing all our needs with a smile. The rooms were clean but could use a bit of upkeep, and while the breakfast was good, I felt there could have been a broader selection. Overall, a decent value for money, especially given the leisure options available.
I had a very mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the guest service was accommodating and friendly, which made my stay a bit easier. On the other hand, I faced significant noise issues and a dirty room that detracted from my overall enjoyment. The dining experience was rather chaotic, and I found it frustrating. While the location is decent, the value doesn't quite match up with the challenges I encountered during my stay.
I had a wonderful stay, with friendly staff who genuinely cared about our comfort. The proximity to the beach was a major plus, making it easy to enjoy seaside activities. However, our room felt a bit cramped and not quite as luxurious as expected. The dining experience was hit or miss; while breakfast was delightful, dinner options were rather limited in variety.
